Great Service Department I am always impressed by the excellent customer service and the quality of that service. The Dealership is very nice. A comfortable waiting area and amenities add to the positive experience.

Basil Toyota Service As always the service department at Basil Toyota was excellent. I was in for routine service(oil change, tire rotation and wiper replacement). Everyone i dealt with was friendly and informative. Highly recommend Basil Toyota.

incompetent I tried to order accessories for my Tacoma. Parts received but lost. Incorrect parts received. Gave hard time when asking for refund. Spent 4 1/2 hours in waiting room to find out parts were incorrect. Extremely disappointed.

Excellent service department Every time I take my car into Basil Toyota for service, the service department people are always courteous. They check out my problem and let me know the cost or what is covered with warranty. I have never had a bad experience. Steve called me to check on how my car was working after I had it serviced. I would definitely recommend their service department.

BUYER BEWARE If I would have wrote this review as soon as I walked out, I would have gave it 5 stars. The next day, I went on their site because I was going to buy another car from them. I bought a 2017 Camary with 5000 miles on it. While searching I see another 2017 Camary with 2000 miles on it for $5000 less, which I had no clue they even had. Disappointed My service maintenance light was on so I went to Basil Toyota to have my car serviced they came out and told me my engine air filter and cabin air filter needed replacing. As im driving my car I notice that my car is driving much harder after I got it serviced plus my heater fan is now making loud noses when I turn up the blower.
