Excellent service department Every time I take my car into Basil Toyota for service, the service department people are always courteous. They check out my problem and let me know the cost or what is covered with warranty. I have never had a bad experience. Steve called me to check on how my car was working after I had it serviced. I would definitely recommend their service department.

BUYER BEWARE If I would have wrote this review as soon as I walked out, I would have gave it 5 stars. The next day, I went on their site because I was going to buy another car from them. I bought a 2017 Camary with 5000 miles on it. While searching I see another 2017 Camary with 2000 miles on it for $5000 less, which I had no clue they even had. Disappointed My service maintenance light was on so I went to Basil Toyota to have my car serviced they came out and told me my engine air filter and cabin air filter needed replacing. As im driving my car I notice that my car is driving much harder after I got it serviced plus my heater fan is now making loud noses when I turn up the blower. scheduled service Very easy to set up a service appt. I chose to wait for the oil change/tire rotation. Browsed the new vehicles and then relaxed in the lounge. Out the door in about 30 minutes. Great service!!
excellent customer service I had my 2010 Buick Lacross in for service.Kevin and Steve was so good in up dating me on telling me what was going on with the vehicle.I was SO happy with the customer service.I would rate it NUMBER ONE.Even with the sales.I was so happy with the dealership. Always a breeze. I had my tundra in for its FREE 15,000 mile tire rotation /check up. The dealership is always clean... always has fresh coffee and fruit as well as Internet access on their computers or your own smartphone. This always helps time fly while you were waiting for your vehicle to be serviced. They also have a very cozy waiting room with fireplace and large screen TV.
