Should have walked out I have shopped for vehicles for almost 30yrs and never have I had so many problems with a dealership. My wait time was horrendous. I was told one thing and then they came back with another. The finance person just would not take no for an answer. I felt pressured on every thing I did. Never got a straight answer for anything. Quality product and efficient, caring service I have been doing business with Basil Toyota for about 20 years. Everyone there is part of a team that delivers a quality product and efficient, caring service. I wouldn't buy any other type of car or deal with any other dealership.

Tracy Schultz - Getzville,NY I made an appointment at 10:30 to have my 2016 4-Runner that I bought last year for its scheduled free 10,000 mile check-up and threw in a detail for $99.99 at the time I made my appointment. They told me it would take about 3 hours, (1:30). When I came back in at 2:00 to see if my vehicle was ready, I waited another hour, (3:00). Prompt, Got R Done! My husband made the appt for my leased Corolla. When he arrived there the car was serviced immediately. Oil change, tire rotation and out in 40 minutes. One thing: they usually wash the vehicle but this time that was not done. I have been satisfied with Basil. Staff is courteous and attentive.

Completely satisfied with my service experience at basil Toy Came in for an oil change tire rotation, They noticed I had a nail sticking out of my rear tire, took care that about me saying a word... it is been a real pleasure dealing with Mike basil and his crew from the moment I bought my brand new Tacoma limited to when I pull in and meet the friendly staff and service. When I walk in I'm greeted by name offered a refreshment and I am in and out of there in a jiffy.

Awesome dealership I was shopping around for a different vehicle. I loved my 2003 trailblazer ext but knew it was time to let it go. I needed to downsize and get better fuel mileage. I look over thousands of cars. Finally I settled on one, 2011 KIA optima EX. Beautiful car, well taken care of and within my price range. I came in, test drove and signed away. First service Had my vehicle in for its first service. Setting appointment was easy. I was in and out in about 20 minutes. Courteous, friendly, and professional.
