Pleasant experience We have leased three Toyotas from Basil Toyota in Lockport and each experience has been better than the last. The sales people are willing to take their time to explain everything and do not rush or pressure you. They are knowledgeable and experienced. The service department at Basil is first class and also very helpful. They never pressure you into purchasing anything that is not truly needed. I have found our experience when dealing with Basil Toyota to be pleasant and enjoyable.

Good relationship I have purchased two Toyotas from Basil in recent years and have been quite satisfied. Salesman Tim Seacrist has been very responsive and always addressed my questions and concerns. The service department has done a good job on whatever I have brought the cars in for. To be treated decently and get the job done is all that I ask and I have gotten that. Horrible customer service Would never go back. Worst customer service. No one cares and have to fight with everyone to have service issue addressed. Only had issue resolved after contacting toyota.
