Basil Service Best service center i have ever been to. They always keep you updated on how things are going. When work is finished they go over everything that was done. Highly recommend Basil Toyota.

Best dealership Basil Toyota is the best dealership I've ever dealt with and I've been buying cars for 35+ years. Mike Basil and his group of dedicated employees makes your buying experience very relaxing and keeps the "stress level of buying a car" to a minimum. You will not be disappointed!!!!

Good relationship I have purchased two Toyotas from Basil in recent years and have been quite satisfied. Salesman Tim Seacrist has been very responsive and always addressed my questions and concerns. The service department has done a good job on whatever I have brought the cars in for. To be treated decently and get the job done is all that I ask and I have gotten that. The new luxury building, free coffee, wi-fi, etc. are pleasant but would mean little without satisfactory service. I always think that every dealer's service... read more

Horrible customer service Would never go back. Worst customer service. No one cares and have to fight with everyone to have service issue addressed. Only had issue resolved after contacting toyota.

Above and beyond The service team at Basil did an outstanding job fixing my sun visor that was not a straight forward fix (Do not believe You Tube videos on how "easy it is to do yourself"). Dwayne and John and Steve were creative and kept my cost to repair it affordable and even stayed late to finish it. I love this team and would not trust my car to anyone else.

Misleading sales associates and poor customer service Poor customer service, misleading sales associates and irresponsible management. I've been purchasing cars for 25 years from various dealerships in the area and have had many good experiences outside of Basil Toyota. They are fine as long as you fork over money, but if you have any concerns or issues, you are on your own. Hi Donald, we looked into this situation further. Our records show that you leased the vehicle from us 6-7 years ago, and turned the lease in 3-4 years ago to another dealership. Toyota Financial Services is now trying to collect the $400 disposition fee from 3-4 years ago, since you failed to miss 3-4 years of their collection notices. This disposition fee is between you and Toyota Financial Services, and has nothing to do with the Basil dealership. Bought a "certified pre-owned" car that had aftermarket part 2011 Prius had aftermarket wheels on it to fit the size 17 tires that are not OEM. THe rims are awful and the chrome plating has ruined two of our tires. It also came with 1 key fob. When I asked about the rims later, I found out that Basil service was the provider of the aftermarket rims---they were the ones who switched them out, so they had to be fully aware of the non OEM, low quality of the wheels.
