Excellent all the way around I am a first time customer. They were incredibly helpful and friendly. The showroom was immaculate. The atmosphere was very inviting and i would recommend them to anyone looking for a new or preowned vehicle. Their staff was top of the line, helping me every step of the way.

Prompt & Professional Service! Basil was great about getting me in for a service that was needed immediately rather than for my scheduled visit three days later. Not only did they take care of my emergency promptly, (despite an obviously busy service area) but they took care of the three routine, non emergency items so I wouldn't have to return again for my original scheduled appointment. Made the impossible possible I was in what I thought would be a terrible equity situation, needing to trade in a 3 month old 2017 4Runner for a Tundra for the increased towing. I expected to either be unable to do so or to take a bath on the devaluation. Basil was able to get me into a brand new 2017 Tundra Crewmax TRD Off-road for no loss. helpful and dedicated stall especially service dept. was very pleased with service staff. jim was especially helpful. they omitted oil change and took the car for an oil change in 15 minutes

Pleasant experience We have leased three Toyotas from Basil Toyota in Lockport and each experience has been better than the last. The sales people are willing to take their time to explain everything and do not rush or pressure you. They are knowledgeable and experienced. The service department at Basil is first class and also very helpful. They never pressure you into purchasing anything that is not truly needed. I have found our experience when dealing with Basil Toyota to be pleasant and enjoyable.
