Not What I Expected from Any Toyota Dealer Last week, I received in the mail a hand written note, on Basil Toyota's General Manager Shannon Wilsman's business card, inviting me to consider trading my vehicle in, due the high demand for it. 4th Piruis bought from Basil. Just bought our 4th Piruis. We buy a car every two years. Tim S has been our salesman for each one. We have been very happy wiith Basil. Everyone is very friendly and helpful. My new 2017 is great. I love all the safety features.

Great service Sales was super, Jamie Janda was excellent, knowledgeable and followup on every question. Worked hard to get us the vehicle we wanted, the price we could afford. She explained all the options on the car, how they worked and how to adjust to our personal preferences.. She did such a good job...we bought 2 cars that day !
