I was pleasantly welcomed and met with Greg to discuss trading in my ‘08 Rav 4 for something newer. Long story short what was told to me and what it ended up being was different. I regret my purchase but I’m stuck with it now.

Too many excuses for not being able to send me a title to a vehicle I paid cash for. Still waiting still getting excuses. California DMV is assisting. Super disappointed that a franchased Toyota dealer would do business like this
Marcus greeted us warmly on our first visit to Wellesley Toyota. He was so personable and warm and sincere. We knew we were in good hands straight away. I recently purchased a 2026 Toyota Corolla Cross from Toyota of Dallas Dealership(purchased date : 09/30/2025). I made it clear through the text messages with the sales person that I wanted a corolla cross LE FWD at $26,000 Out the Door. I even confirmed multiple times that I was interested in the LE trim. However, the vehicle I received is the Corolla Cross L (base trim), which was not what I negotiated for.
