I 1st went to Basil Toyota in February to purchase a used Tundra. I was very pleased with the entire staff. This is why I drove over an hour again to find a replacement vehicle for my wife. We found a RAV4 in transit to another dealer. We really liked this Rav, there was a snag with the title but in the end, we bought it and my wife is happy. We did find some debris/trash under the seats left from prepping. I still very much recommend Basil Toyota and will try to do business with them again! Ray Stevens

Overall, everyone at the dealership was friendly and knowledgeable. Beautiful clean facility! Mike Otwell was great to work with and offered excellent customer service. I was thrilled to get 0% financing and also Mike had his manager certify my vehicle to provide an awesome warranty!!! Thank you!

Customer friendly show room. Proficinal staff. Reasonable price for sale and services. Friendly environment and maintained CDC safe health standard condition across the center. So we feel safe and comfortable to visit and do business with. Thank you.

My experience with Basil Toyota so far has been with Service; they were prompt, courteous, provided a loaner for just a few hours work, and matched a competitor's pricing. I highly recommend their Service department!

RIP OFF Bought car in October 2019 at 80100 miles paid for extended warranty $ 2,000 for that. Rear calipers seize after 3,500 miles they cover the calipers but not the damage done by the calipers in the tune of $ 900 dollars for complete brakes that were damaged by calipers were is the 12 month 12,000 mile warranty and extended warranty they claim the car was CERTIFIED Kevin in service completre idiot is a liar if I had him as a customer rep at my office he would have been gone long ago 0 personality I went in there to expl... read more
