The service at this dealership has always been good. They have always serviced my car in a timely manner. The service writer explained what was to be done and offered two items that made sense to me. Wiper blades which I had noticed were beginning to streak were replaced ( they were on sale the day I was there as well ). A tire rotation was also recommended which I had them do. I feel that they only suggested things that needed to be done. Thanks again.
Great service, great techs, all the way around amazing. Highly recommend everyone take there cars there for service. Didn’t know what was wrong with my truck, gave a description of what I was feeling. They went right to work on my truck, found the issue and fixed it. I’m as happy as I can be.
Wonderful people. Easy to work with and did not put any pressure on us to buy something we did not want. Also took time to answer our questions.
Unsatisfactory service. Technician refused to wear mask and ignored me when I said something about it to him. Changed settings on dashboard to set clock and didn't change back to my regular settings. Could not reach them by phone when I called to ask about settings. Also didn't return my seat settings after moving everything back to accommodate a taller person. Sloppy service with no attention to detail.
I needed to have some time to make my selection on the Highlander . Have had Siennas for the past 30 years , they let me take it home overnight which sold me to purchase it
The car was generally dirty inside, no detailing was done (looks like just general wiping only), no floor mats(not even paper mats on the floor), previous owner belongings (air freshener) were left in the car, rear bumper had a sticker on it and glue residue wasn’t removed. also, based on the other dealership experience, the car usually comes with full tank of gas, we left dealership parking lot with barely half tank. Great salesman and finance rep! Better price and great follow up. Would consider future deals as well. Location is much closer to home for us as well.
