The place is very clean, I got my car back in an hour which is very commendable. The politeness could be greatly improved. There were 2 representatives at the front when I entered, one looked at me and turned his head the other way, it's the second time this man ignored me. If he doesn't want to serve people with dark skin he should not be a customer service rep. The other man saw what happened and said I can help you, come over here. It was a pleasure working with a sales consultant Cole Murrell at Toyota Basil. He put no pressure sales on us and worked with us to our satisfaction. Also would like to say that Patrick the Financial person was also easy to work with in closing the deal. This will be the third car we have purchased from Basil.
