The place is very clean, I got my car back in an hour which is very commendable. The politeness could be greatly improved. There were 2 representatives at the front when I entered, one looked at me and turned his head the other way, it's the second time this man ignored me. If he doesn't want to serve people with dark skin he should not be a customer service rep. The other man saw what happened and said I can help you, come over here. It was a pleasure working with a sales consultant Cole Murrell at Toyota Basil. He put no pressure sales on us and worked with us to our satisfaction. Basil did a great job. It was Toyota care oil change and tire rotation. In and out in 40 minutes. They knew I was in a hurry and they made it happen.
