Jan. 03 7am appointment. Arrived 15 minutes early and Matt opened the overhead door for me. Very nice of Matt and very appreciated. Waited for my vehicle to be serviced. Service was great. The technician did a wonderful job while I sat comfortably in the customer lounge. Took about an hour and I was on my way. All of this is why I continue to go to Basil Toyota for all my service.

We were greeted immediately when we entered the dealership. Mark was friendly in his approach and asked what he could do to help us. He was able to help us find the vehicle that we needed within a short time frame because my car was totaled after a dear car accident. He made the process easy and really hustled to get us into the new vehicle as quickly as he could.

Very professional and helpful staff. I got very prompt service and I was out in an hour. The environment is very clean and inviting, today was very cold but inside was warm and cozy.
