Basil did a great job. It was Toyota care oil change and tire rotation. In and out in 40 minutes. They knew I was in a hurry and they made it happen.

Salesman was very helpful, accommodating and knowledgeable. Arranged two cars to test drive while easily handling two customers. Purchase was quick and well organized. This was highly appreciated .
I feel they tried to rip me off by selling me a battery that I did not need .so because of this I will never come back.

Very friendly workers. I was very pleased with Ken who was my sales rep. Ken said he was new, I felt he was very informative and helpful. I would recommend friends and family to visit the Basil Toyota dealership when looking for a new or used vehicle!
Everything went well. We didn’t get a call that it was done but we stopped in to see and it was. All in all it was very easy, had a loaner too so we could go shopping while they worked on the car.
They completed the replacement of my low pressure fuel pump on my 2019 Tacoma under the specified time Toyota had printed on my recall notice. I was in and out in one hour and 30 minutes. Great job!
