We weren't sure whether we were going to buy or lease a vehicle, but within minutes of meeting salesperson Cole Murrell, we knew we were in good hands. He matched us with a gently used 2018 Rav 4 with only 15,000 miles on it, at a great price. I arrived early for my appointment, and my vehicle was immediately taken in for servicing. The service staff was friendly, informative, and engaging. Overall, the experience was very professional and enjoyable!! Kudos to the service staff!!☺
I was interested in a Toyota Supra so there was a discounted price on their website. It also stated if you fill out your information, you can get an E-Price. So I completed the online form and submitted it and instantly an Eprice showed. I then received an email from Jennifer Wisniewski regarding the Supra. I stated I received an Eprice and am interested in purchasing the car . I told her I am an out of state buyer. I brought my Rav 4 in for recall service. The service was finished much faster than I thought it would take. Steve, the service technician, noticed that my inspection was due and also took care of that so that I wouldn’t have to come back again in a short time.
They are always attentive and never make you wait ! I really like when you lease a Toyota all your oil changes and tire rotations are included !
Took my car in on Tues am for a oil change and an appt for a detailed cleaning. Was never told during making appt it would take over 6 hrs and so arranged to bring in car in Wed, by Thursday morning when told car was done it was not. Another 6 hr wait till all maintenance done and over $700! Not told prior to all work being done. Communication needs to be improved is my take. Everyone seemed rushed but professional. Left feeling disappointed at not fully informed along the way.
Although Basil Toyota is a 50 minute drive from my home, it is where I bought my vehicle. I always get great service, that is the reason for driving the distance.
Took a week to get my vehicle ready and still took half the day to get my vehicle and they said they would take care of a scratch and after a week they did nothing, did a terrible detail and told me lies about what my vehicle included. Could not make time for me and I had make myself available for them not the other way around, also received 3 phone calls asking me to come another day to make room for more sales. Was able to make an appointment the same day. I only needed an NYS inspection. It took an hour. Was busy though. Would use again
