Took my car in on Tues am for a oil change and an appt for a detailed cleaning. Was never told during making appt it would take over 6 hrs and so arranged to bring in car in Wed, by Thursday morning when told car was done it was not. Another 6 hr wait till all maintenance done and over $700! Not told prior to all work being done. Communication needs to be improved is my take. Everyone seemed rushed but professional. Left feeling disappointed at not fully informed along the way.
Although Basil Toyota is a 50 minute drive from my home, it is where I bought my vehicle. I always get great service, that is the reason for driving the distance.
Took a week to get my vehicle ready and still took half the day to get my vehicle and they said they would take care of a scratch and after a week they did nothing, did a terrible detail and told me lies about what my vehicle included. Could not make time for me and I had make myself available for them not the other way around, also received 3 phone calls asking me to come another day to make room for more sales. Was able to make an appointment the same day. I only needed an NYS inspection. It took an hour. Was busy though. Would use again
Buyer Beware,it’s a numbers game watch all the plus and minuses, trade in and balloon payment. Do the math people before you pay double....

Stan assisted us with every question and request. We felt that every employee was attentive and helpful. This dealership is by far the best one we’ve worked with. Brandon was exceptional also, as he answered all of our financial questions, and even added information about our vehicle and took his time with us. He was a wealth of knowledge.
