Great service Adam in service provided an excellent experience. He had all the work done in a timely manner. He arranged a courtesy vehicle so I would not lose a whole day at work. He reviewed the tech's findings with me so I had the opportunity to decide what I wanted to have done. Surprisingly he even recommended that I did not need all of the work I was afraid that I might, that we could go another 15,000 miles based on what the tech found. Just great deals! I drive right by the Toyota dealer near me to do business at Mike Basil Toyota because they always take awesome care of me and meet our families automotive needs. They have a fabulous service department with hours practically all the time. We are a return customer. Our fourth car. Love Basil. We have been going to Basil for years. We just got our 4th vehicle from them. The staff are great. The service department for oil changes, rotations, and regular msibtenance is professional and great. We love working with them. We plan on using them for vehicle number 5 when the time comes!!!!
Great Experience This is my 3rd Toyota from Basil Toyota. It was a great experience. My salesman, Scott Roeser, was very helpful and patient in getting me a new Rav4 and, along with Chris, got me a monthly payment that fit into my budget. Great dealership!!! My wife and I have purchased 4 vehicles from Mike Basil Toyota. Always been treated fairly(that's why we keep coming back). In addition, we always have the routine maintainence performed there. The service writers Brian and Steve, always ask if we are waiting , need a ride , or we know we can schedule a loaner if dropping off the car for the day.
