Really Amazing I don't often write reviews, but the guys at Basil Toyota really deserve some kudos. The premium experience begins when you drive into their pristine vehicle reception area -- a climate-controllled garage so clean you could eat off the floors. Next, one of their 4 or 5 service hosts comes out to greet you, get a little information and then leads you inside to set up your service appointment. First service appointment for my new camery Called the day I wanted to have service They took me with in 2 hours an I was out with in that hour. Very professional and service manager was very approachable. I will definitely return in June for my next service appointment.

Great People,Cars,Service,Price I have purchased several new vehicles from Mike Basil Toyota. I keep coming back because they do so many things right. The philosophy from the owner on down, is to provide a good deal at a reasonable price. I used to buy Buicks and Chevrolets in the area, but I don't even bother looking at their cars. Great service Adam in service provided an excellent experience. He had all the work done in a timely manner. He arranged a courtesy vehicle so I would not lose a whole day at work. He reviewed the tech's findings with me so I had the opportunity to decide what I wanted to have done. Surprisingly he even recommended that I did not need all of the work I was afraid that I might, that we could go another 15,000 miles based on what the tech found. Just great deals! I drive right by the Toyota dealer near me to do business at Mike Basil Toyota because they always take awesome care of me and meet our families automotive needs. They have a fabulous service department with hours practically all the time.
