Great customer service This dealership was wonderful customer service. They really worked with me and found me the best car for me within my budget. They also worked around my schedule and got me in and out the day I got the car very quickly so I could make it to work. Other dealerships make you feels like once you buy a car they forget you and this dealership was the opposite which was a very pleasant surprise.
RUDE. Not Veteran/Military Friendly. Went to Basil Toyota wanting to trade my 6-month old Jeep Wrangler Rubicon Hard Rock that is MSRP’d at $44,900. The vehicle is obviously in perfect shape. I went with every intention to buy, the capability to buy, and title in my pocket. So, I was looking at a 4-Runner, with a $39700 MSRP. Really Amazing I don't often write reviews, but the guys at Basil Toyota really deserve some kudos. The premium experience begins when you drive into their pristine vehicle reception area -- a climate-controllled garage so clean you could eat off the floors. Next, one of their 4 or 5 service hosts comes out to greet you, get a little information and then leads you inside to set up your service appointment. First service appointment for my new camery Called the day I wanted to have service They took me with in 2 hours an I was out with in that hour. Very professional and service manager was very approachable. I will definitely return in June for my next service appointment.
Service Excellent service by both salesperson and service department. I bought my Camry there and will be getting my RAV4 there also. The staff is always very friendly and the dealership has a very professional atmosphere
