Sales Manager was professional, courteous and efficient. He was able to find the specific automobile that we wanted at a fair price. We would definitely return to this dealership for our next automobile. We have had our other automobile serviced there and they did what they said they would do in the time frame that they said they would do it in.
George was able to find the car we were looking for. We were looking for a very specific car that was not a Toyota. He went on the internet and brought in the exact car we were looking for, at, what we think, was a reasonable price. We would definitely do business with Basil Toyota again with George Wallrich as our salesman. He was courteous and responsive to our needs.
Went on line and contacted the internet sales manager. He responded that they had the Corolla I was looking for and when I came into the dealership the internet sales manager introduced me to Jack, the salesmen. Jack showed me the Corolla and it looked great. The car was clean and ready for a test drive. He made me feel very comfortable during the negotiation and was thrilled with the agreement. It was quite a nasty experience trying to buy a used car from Basil. I had to go there 3-4 times for a Camry, and at each visit they would increase the price they offered me previous time. It was unbelievable. The sales reps say they act as mere messengers for the boss, and it is very hard to get directly to the boss. When I finally got to talk with the decision-maker and told him what the sales reps had offered me previously, his answer was "they were trying to get a price from you"!! I purchased a used car from Basil a couple years ago. It took so long for them to get to a price that we could both agree on, that I almost didn't even want the car anymore. So we agreed on a price and scheduled a delivery date. Unfortunately on my delivery date I got a horrible stomach bug. I couldn't possibly get up there, so I called and rescheduled it for the next day (which was a Saturday). I have never been treated so well at a car dealership. I first contacted Basil by e-mail and was very impressed with the dicount offered to me. I then took a ride to the dealer and was introduced to the e-mail agent and then to a very agreeable and polite salesman who was eager to please. As we spoke I was offered a terrific deal that another dealer told me was too cheap and could not be done. I cannot underscore enough the importance of staying away from this dealership. They sold me a piece of S^%t car, which they ended up buying back (still leaving me out of taxes and tag fees for my trouble) they failed to disclose some major issues with the vehicle...MY CHECK ENGINE LIGHT WENT ON THE DAY AFTER I TOOK THE CAR HOME AND STAYED ON! From top to bottom, Basil Toyota has been very unpleasant to deal with.

I bought a camery 2005 LE and paid $500 to get it Toyota certified plus $1500 for extra coverage the car has 45,000 miles. Car was not ready for delivery (missing spare key, spare fob, owner's manual). Not all paperwork provided. Took over an hour to be received even with appointment because salesman bumped another client ahead in line. Car had summer tires in mid-winter and they didn't give a warning (quite a surprise when car lost control). I am all in favor of capitalism and a dealership trying to make the best deal possible, but I discourage anyone from buying from a dealership that places profit ahead of your safety.
