This was my first purchase from Mike Basil Toyota. My overall experience was great. All the staff was professional and friendly and my Salesperson, Mike Otwall went above and beyond to make this a pleasurable buying experience. The dealership is beatiful and seems to have all the ammenities a car owner needs. Mike Basil should be very proud of what he has built!

My wife and myself had a lease expiring and started looking at the Prius 2 months ago with other dealerships. We saw an ad in the newspaper for Basil and we decided to check it out. We met James Porco and told him we were interested in a Prius 2, with limited inventory James suggested we test drive the Prius 3 and see if it met our requirements. Taylor was knowledgeable and really nice. No time wasted with trying to negotiate. I went in and told him my story with what I delt with at another dealership and he immediately was willing to work with me. I believe I got a great deal. He went that extra step to make sure that I was truly happy. I look forward to being apart of the basil Toyota family.

Absolutely wonderful car buying experience. Bill very thorough and knowledgeable. Accessories and finance experts just that,experts! Felt part of a great and caring family. Will feel right at home with each oil change and service appointment. Plus,they all seemed to be genuinely happy employees. That says a lot about the owner and his philosophy. I am so pleased to be part of the Mike Basil Toyota family.

I currently had owned a 2010 Venza but wanted to upgrade to a 2013 Venza with leather seats and AWD. I knew that what I was asking for, with the colors I wanted, was difficult to find. But Bruce one of the Managers were very diligent with finding just the right Venza for me. They actually sent someone to MA to get what I had my heart set on and it took less than a week for me to be able to pick up my new Venza! Much thanks go out to Bruce Jones for all of his experience and due diligence!

Problem has been solved very professionally by the Used Car Manager, Arron Wosniak. He was not aware of the situation. I recieved my TV for buying the car. I would never deal with Chris Jagielo again. He never answered my emails which only added more to my frustration. I will give the dealership another chance. Overall I find this a very good establishment. I will return to this dealer to have my car serviced and hope that we can establish a new relationship.
