I placed an online order for my seven year anniversary, it said 4 hour Guaranteed pickup but I didn't hear anything and after almost 24 hours I contacted customer service who informed me they could not locate my order but took the money out of my account.after 3 hours of being on hold and talking to different people I received an email saying my order was canceled, I tried to contact customer service again but the phone was never answer. I'm so broken hearted. I fell in love with a ring of theirs. We even paid almost full price when it was just listed as a sale item 2 days prior. They were still running a 50 dollars off sale. The previous sale would of saved us 200 dollars off. Even though it was back to its full price. It was still the ring. The only ring I wanted at this point. I would give zero stars if I could. My mom ordered an anniversary ring for my dad that was never delivered (we have cameras to prove it). Zales insisted she file an investigation with UPS before they would refund her money, which she did. The UPS investigation was closed without anyone from UPS even contacting my mom. Zales STILL refused to refund my mom's money and said we had to open ANOTHER investigation with UPS. Zales continues to say they'll contact us to resolve and does not. I orderd a diamond ring at Zales on-line on 3-29-2021. It was mailed to me with the wrong diamond certificate of authenticity. I took the ring & certificate to the Zales store in ****** & submitted the certificate to a sales associate in April of 2021 so he could request the correct certificate for me. As of yet, I have not received the certificate. According to the website they are open till 9:00 p.m. I get out of work to drive up there, an hour away and arrive at 7:05 p.m. They were closing but I ask if there's any chance that I can get my ring because the sales associate was still there and the website hours say 9pm. Apparently that was the wrong thing to do. I've never had someone be so rude and talked down to me the way that she did. Spend thousands of dollars to be treated like trash? Never again will I make another purchase from Zales. "

I gave my son a gift/necklace that he didnt love so he went to Zales in the ********************* in ********** ** to return it. He was advised that he could exchange the item or receive a credit back to the **. He looked around the store and didnt like anything so advised the salesperson that he was going to keep the necklace. Horrible company. I bought a ring for my mother. My wife even called and made sure it could be sized bigger because the biggest size online it showed was a 9. We were told “just buy the extended warranty and we can resize it for free when you bring it in” that was a flat out and blatant lie. When my wife took it in we were told it couldn’t be sized bigger. One star is not even worth it! Zales Outlet in Tomball, Tx sent my ring to repair because my prongs were loose. My ring came back and the shank was damaged! It went back for repair and came back damaged even more! Now only 2 years later my shank is cracking! I am being told to just trade my ring in. As if it means nothing to me. I am having to give up my ring because Zales repair screwed up. The manager says she can have me pick out another setting like its buying groceries.
