The way they do business is terrible. I was sent the wrong item, but they expected me to return wait for the refund and d then reorder. It was a mom necklace but my wife isn't able to have kids. I ordered a square pendant not a mom necklace. Imagine the shock and sadness we both felt. Zales outlet customer service is terrible.

My now-husband bought my wedding set from Zales online in 2015. This year was the first time I ever took it for cleaning and we bought a lifetime warranty as well and had it resized, some diamonds replaced and rhodium plated. The setting came back misshapen. A week later, the center stone (which was supposed to have been inspected when it was cleaned) was horribly loose and wobbly in the setting, which was new. I purchased a pendant from the Tyrone Square location in St Petersburg FL on 12/19/2020. I returned it on 12/28/2020 and was informed that due to the price of the pendant being over $150.00 that a check would be mailed to me for the full amount. I left the pendant with a receipt of my return. We are now going on two months and I have not received a check for my refund. Customer service is a joke. Horrible business will not ever do business again with them. Jan 2020 me and my Fiancé went to the ***** ******MO zales bought my bridal set. Was going to get it inspected in July 2020 but they said they weren't doing cleaning that's fine no big deal understood cause of Covid. Well Jan 2021 came I took it in to get it cleaned an checked. My fiancé purchased my ring in November, two weeks after he proposed the main diamond fell out. We took it to be repaired at the end of November and were told the latest we would get it back was January 19, it’s now the 20th and the ring has not been repaired and the repair company said it will be 4 more weeks before it’s done. You can’t talk to the repair company or get any information except through a sales person at the store. On 12.07.2020 I made a online order for two earrings and it was scheduled to be received on 12.11.20 and I never received the merchandise. I called Zales and they stated that a investigation will be conducted in 10 business days . I contacted Zales Again in January and they Stating that they will Give me a credit for the items that I didn’t receive.. Horrible customer service, and misleading information on item description. I have been going back and forth with Zales regarding 5 items that I purchased back on 10/1/20. When I received the items that I purchased, they were a lot smaller than the measurements on their website. I contacted customer service and the young lady that answered was in the background yelling and saying words that were NOT PROFESSIONAL AT ALL. Jewelry faded after 1 month, terrible customer service. Called customer service multiple times, rep in the store was rude and obnoxious. Stay far away from these stores.
