used the chat online first today but the agent online was no help at all. He said I needed to walk into a store since he was unable to answer any of my questions. A $1500 dollar ring was misplaced on this single finger ring mannequin for $299.98 at Zales in the westroads mall in Omaha, Nebraska. I asked the sales guy ***** was he going to honor the price? He quickly changed the ring and said, "No" because thats not the ring on sale and the sign wasn't in front of the ring it was over to the side. I said, Are you kidding me? On 11/12/20 I tried to purchase an item from ZALES Website. I have received an error multiple times. I double checked my payment information which was accurate however I received the error again. No order was placed due to this error however when I go on my bank account I show ZALES has THREE PRE AUTHORIZATIONS on my account. I immediately contacted ZALES and was advised it was a known issue and then when I spoke to a member from management they advised it is not. I purchased a gold chain on 12-16-18 for a gift to my son. Recently the chain started cutting into his neck. He took it to the kiosk it was purchased at in Arrowhead mall. He had a hard time speaking with the sales women as she had a very thick accent. He ended up going to Jared to see if they could repair. They said it would be $500 to repair which is double the price I paid.
