Ordered two rings from them almost a week ago still says order processing... no customizable needed but yet hasn’t even shipped... ordered from another company same day already have standard shipping item but my expedited shipping order from ZALES is still in the same processing as the night I ordered. Ordered something from Jared today had shipping notification within hours.... will never place another order with Zales.
I ordered a mother’s ring 7/2020 one of the stones has already fallen out. They would not replace it. It should last more then 7 months so disappointed. I didn’t get the ring until August 2020 really poor quality.
First I want to say that I had never had a bad experience with zales but today I felt that it was a different situation. I went into the store and my girlfriend and I were looking at rings. My girlfriend saw one she loved and I asked the sales associate to let me see it and they did. When asked about the price they told me what it was and told me about a few promotions. Never buy from this store in person or online. even if you choose to get deliver to a store the product never gets deliver. You will have a hard time to get a refund. Bought a Diamond bracelet for my wife maybe half a year ago a little more. Purchased a safety piece that's added in case the bracelet becomes loose one wouldn't lose it. I'm going on the 2nd time this bracelet is literally falling apart. I took it to get fixed before and they got it done. But again? Both times I was lucky to even notice it had fallen. I purchased a ring online from zales and delivery date continued to change. Finally when I checked it said item was left at front door. I’m a nurse who works 16 shifts and customer service was rude and has me waiting on investigation. Who just leaves expensive item at front door in Chicago. Truly disappointed and I’m still paying for something I don’t have.
I bought my grand daughter a pair of earrings from Zales. After a year and a half the stones have fallen out. I took them back to the store where I purchased them and was told they could do nothing because they did not carry them anymore. I paid for 2-3 day delivery and it is taking 5 days. i have contacted them twice they have not offered anything. they blamed it all on covid. If they cant deliver 2-3 days then they should not offer it. I paid the extra money and was offered nothing back
When getting my ring resized they did not actually size me in the first place so I used my lack of knowledge and told them to only go down 1/2 a size... that was my bad I supposed. My ring was gone for 3 weeks. When I got it back I realized that it was still way too big. I actually got sized... I needed to go down 2 1/2 sizes from my original rings' size.
