I ordered a simple promise ring for my partner, and it was promised to show up on Christmas eve, and it never showed. I had paid for expedited delivery as well. I tried contacting them through text message and on the phone, and all the reps were giving me the run around. Here we are almost a month later, and I still have no ring or refund. I was suppose to get my refund almost 2 weeks ago, and still nothing. My advice, don't do business with Zales! They are a very shady company!

I received the worst customer service ever horrible and rude , I got scammed out of $773 for some cheap a** diamond earrings that are only worth $40 that were bought from Zales in ************* **** I suggest you do you're homework before purchasing anything from Zales or you will be played and their buy back policy is all lies an false advertisement I will just stick with the ***** Co.ALL I WANTED MY AN EXCHANGE THEY WON'T EVEN DO THAT THIS COMPANY IS A JIKE JUST THEIR FAKE A** DIAMONDS ?? Can someone resolve my issue

I bought a monogrammed ring with birthstone for my daughterfor Christmas, after waiting for it to finally arrive after Christmas the birthstone was lose, I contacted zales about the faulty ring and they told me I can either get it fixed out of pocket or get a reimbursement for the ring . They are not willing to just fix it unless h buy a lifetime warranty, I would understand if the ring was in good condition when it arrived but paying for something out of pocket when it was broken when it arrived is absolutely ridiculous! Horrible customer service and no help with lost order. I placed an order online for a total of over $1500. The shipment was lost by **** *** has owned their mistake and willing to pay for the lost item. *** sent paperwork to Zales. I have called as it has been over 2 weeks and the service rep that answers will give no information and they resume to let you speak to a manager. DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM ZALES. IF YOU DO YOU ARE ON YOUR OWN IF THERE IS AN ISSUE.

I brought my daughter to Piercing Pagoda to get her ears pierced. After spending $70 on the earrings, they tried to sell me a protection package for the earrings in case they were lost they would be replaced for free. I declined the package, as i was not concerned about her losing them. After coming home, we noticed that the piercings were not even close to being even. I just left Zales and let me tell you how awful my experience was. I purchased an engagement ring online to be delivered to the store. I got the phone call last night that the ring was there and ready to be picked up I went to the store today and the ring was not only the wrong size but the wrong ring and not even the stone shape. Please tell me how the warehouse didnt catch this nor did the sales associate when it came in? How unprofessional zales is! ABSOLUTELY WILL NEVER ORDER FROM THESE CROOKS AGAIN. Ordered a month ago to make sure it arrived before Christmas. Still hasn't shipped, and customer service is useless.

I purchased a wedding ring set online Nov. 9th. 2021 for $1741.68. Zales took my payment and shipped my ring to me. the ring showed a delivery confirmation on Nov.15th however i did not receive the package. i immediately filed a dispute with Zales and **** When I didn't hear from them after a few days i called and was told that the dispute was being escalated. they refused to give me any information, or refund my money. Zales in ********** **. They will make you pay up front, and if you are not happy good luck getting your money back from these crooks. ***** the manager is horror to deal with. STAY FAR AWAY!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
