CUSTOMER BEWARE!!We WERE customers here for over 15 years. My husband spent alot of money..Took all my jewelry in like clockwork.At December 2022 inspection they declined to honor my warranty for a ring they had to put a diamond in several times. If I could leave 0 stars I would! Let me start by saying I will never shop at Zales again! You have totally ruined an experience that only comes once in a lifetime! The issues started when purchasing my wedding band at the Zales in Orange Park. Where I was asked to ship my engagement ring with the wedding band so that it could be properly sized. Stay away from zales!!! I purchased a engagement ring for my fiance since shes going to be going on deployment and wanted to propose before she left. Next day the order was canceled due to a shipping problem. They stated it was not in stock and did not know when it would be in stock again but i could go to a store and have it specially ordered maybe. Upon asking for the problem To be escalated i was rudely dropped from the chat did not even bother. Worst experience ever

zero stars in 10 months time my 3 stone anniversary ring has had to be sent in for repairs. I didn't know anything was wrong until I took it in for the cleaning and check for the lifetime protection plan. the 1st time was pretty uneventful. But this time OMG the store told me a prong was broken that was on Sunday 3/19/23 they said it should be back by 4/2/23 ok. so the online repair tracker doesn't update all it said was that it was sent. so I called to check on it. Purchased 2 items online from Zales. I returned one of the items to the Zales store and was given a receipt that I would get my refund within 48 hours. After 48 hours I've never heard back from Zales and call the number which connected me to signet Jewelers and after numerous emails and phone calls I still have not received a refund which I returned on January 23rd 2023. I have dealt with Zales for years. This year, they have accused me of not paying my bill. I have the receipts for the months involved and they are not helping me. Always have a copy of your checks,

My husband purchased a Christmas gift. The product was defective (would not close) we tried multiple times during the 30 day period to return the item but the store was closed each time when they were supposed to be open. We were able to get there after the 30 day period and found the store open and were told they would need to be fixed and they would not refund our money.
