I received a link from https://zales.globalvipshopline.com/index.php?main_page=product&pID=1497 stating that there is a BIG SALE from ZALES so of course I check it out. After receiving the item I purchased I felt the items were beautiful and of course for the price $49 just seemed to good to be true. If I could give 0 stars I would. I got my ears pierced here in April 2022. Despite cleaning them exactly as directed and with their own store brand cleaner, my ears never healed properly. Their piercing technician appears to have damaged the tissue in my ears and I was forced to remove my piercings so they could heal. After contacting their customer service team, their resolution was for me to return the earrings within the 30 day return window. I placed an order with people's jewelers. The order was split into multiple packages. I was lied to about the address being corrected. My present to my new wife will not be present on the day of our wedding because I trusted the folks here. Look for literally any other company to do business with. This company burned me twice in the course of a month. I will not be using them again and I'd suggest anyone interested in using this company look elsewhere. My fianc bought my ring from the ************ store, when we brought it to be sized the person we dealt with ***** was rude as can be. She has NO customer service skills!! We had been contacting the store to get updates on where the ring was and we spoke with a *****, he was fantastic. He gave us good information and informed me to call back if we did not hear from them which I did. I will never ever purchase from Zales. I returned a ring over a month ago and was told in 48 hours I would get an email confirming my return and refund. A whole month later they are trying to escalate the issue with IT. I called to try and speak with IT and theres no one to talk to in IT. Im so upset I will never purchase here no matter how good the sale is.

My husband purchased a bracelet for me for my birthday and within a day of wearing it, the bracelet fell right off my arm while driving. Not only did a piece fall off but then the clasp broke. I drove 2 hours to ***** to get it fixed. When it came back in the lady calls me and tells me the bracelet is still loose. I told her to refund the money. I bought a ring in January but received late February so guess what that return policy days started day of purchase I called them told them a diamond fell out they could do nothiNg about it, told them I lived 1 1/2 hour away from a zales so I could not return it a horrible experience I will never buy and ever ad I see will encourage no one to purchase this junk!
