On 9/24/2023 my wife bought a wedding anniversary bracelet at Zales, ********************** for $310. I wore it daily for 1 month and the bracelet clasp broke I read the return policy from the original receipt and I was confident that I could get an exchange as the exchange policy did mention a 60-day exchange period.I spent 3 hr in the store trying to get a simple exchange. I purchased a watch on line. They took my information and CC telling me it was in stock. When I went to a local store to buy, they cancelled my order. Now my CC is charged and I won't be refunded for 4-14 days. I went over with a customer service rep who guided me through to order it and it showed available. I am sure someone else that paid a higher price for it was given the last one. Now I don't have a watch i paid for, and have to wait 4-14 days to get a refund on my CC.

Buyer Beware!!! Zales.com does not stand behind their product. I have taken my ring which my husband bought me for Christmas to the local Zales and sent off for repair. This has been the 5th time now just since December 2022 the stones have fallen out. This is the worst business I have ever dealt with. These guys are horrible I regret the day I ever walked into your business. I will make sure I advice any person who even mentions this business. On 03/24/23 I went to Zales location in Gilbert Arizona to purchase diamond earings which costed $1,835.44 . I would give zero stars if I could. Having an absolute miserable experience with Zales. I placed earlier this week but had to cancel it due to an incorrect billing address. I received an email stating the order was cancelled- Nothing else. Zales charged my card for that order and is saying the package was sent and delivered. The order was cancelled.... I am deeply appalled by the horrendous experience I've had with Peoples Jewellers. I ordered a class ring from the Zales website. It did not look like the image. This ring has cloudy diamonds, the stone in the middle is supposed to be green, and it's blackish green, the images on the side are barely recognizable, and the year in the middle is not gold. everything about this ring is subpar. When I called Customer Service, they said there was nothing they could do unless I wanted to pay to get it redone again. I am very disappointed.

I do not recommend Zales at all. I dropped my ring off at the Rochester MN location for my rings to be sized down and new rhodium put on the rings When the ring arrived back late to the store the center diamond had been swapped out for a poor quality diamond with scratches, pitting and imperfections that are visible to the naked eye. they stated it needed to be sent back again for loose diamonds on the band and again they sent back a different center diamond. I would give 0 stars if I could not only has my wife been without a ring since April but they are not trying to honor the warranty I bought for the ring! They wont fix the ring that they still have!! And after months of my wife being without a ring that i warranted they only offered half of what I paid in store as store credit!! This whole establishment is a joke!!
