Total scam!!!! We bought the puppy plan for our German *******. I got an email that she was due for her final round of shots so I booked immediately but, online booking only had 3 weeks out. Now they are telling me the puppy plan expired at the end of august and will not honor the plan that I already paid $1k+ for. Terrible customer service and a complete scam. Never bringing my animals back here.

Great vets but HORRIBLE company customer ****************** office. Tremendously long hold time or non- existant call back. Misleading products along with major bad bookkeeping that takes hours to correct-- if you can at all. DO NOT USE these guys-- only out for your $$. The pets could be groceries for all the corporate office cares.

Great staff, however, I have been paying for my Wellness plan for 10 years they have taken care of ************** 5 years ago he hurt his back was all covered by plan. This month torn ACL cost $617 for Visit, XRAY, and meds , local hospital charged me $250 for same minus meds. What have I been paying for, plus when I tried to cancel they want me to pay till march this is just crazy to me, AVOID wellness plan.

Zero Stars - the wellness plan is a scam they tell you you can cancel at anytime but then insist you pay the remainder of the plan if you do cancel and send you to collections if you dont. I had an issue with the service which is why I cancelled. There is no accountability with this company which is obvious from the long list of complaints against them and *************.

Zero of Five stars I have trusted Banfield/******* Animal Hospital for the last 10 years. I have trusted the head veterinarian there for all of these years. I would never ever ever trust them to care for any four-legged fur pawed friends

Do NOT enroll in Wellness ****s. I run an animal rescue, and use to recommend them with each adoption. My 14 yr 7 mo old dog passed last month. Ive had her since she was 7 weeks old, and got a Wellness plan the first month ($34 per mo.). Over the years the rates have gone up, and this past year, it jumped almost 50% to $79.95 per mo. But the bad part is they closed down 2 of the 3 locations in our county, now requiring a ***************** addition, that remaining location was understaffed on vets, and hard to schedule appoin... read more

My experience with Banfield Pet Hospital in ****** ** has been good for my dogs overall. I take full advantage of the dog wellness plan for both my dogs. I am pleased with the care of my dogs and that's where it matters most. My complaint is their phone system. Here is what I experience whenever I call 1) they don't answer. Welllll, no wonder this Scamfield Pet hospital has 1.6 stars on ******* They just scammed me and put me om collections. Damaged my credit and jacked me for 800 bucks which we negotiate down to 650.Lost my card, while waiting for the new one I received the Text and the mail notice for 1st attempt to collect the payment. I clicked on the link sent by them via txt, I was sent to the website payment form page and saw my old card as invalid in RED so I updated the card on file, there were no extra boxes to check off or anything. ... read more

They are a bunch of crooks after your money. They wont give your pets a leg saving prescription and they make you take all of these unnecessary tests. They make you do it to get your prescription. They also try to upcharge you for everything. Horrible. Stay far away. I wish I could give them zero stars.
