A fraud of a company that should be looked into. Opened a business savings account with huge regret. STAY CLEAR of this bank. **************** is atrocious, theres an online platform from ****, unusable broken links and no online interface. Ive been trying to get my money out and they put you through hoop after hoop. Its borderline fraud. Ill be reporting this bank to as many consumer service companies as I can. DO NOT UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCES open an account here.

Do not open an account with **********************. They won't reset my password to my original email even though I have verified my account. They wont let me close my account because they say I have to login to close it but I cant login so I can't close it. I have talked to their customer service several times and they wont let you talk to a supervisor by phone. They say everything has to be submitted online but then they don't ever respond to your email.

I have had a savings account with AXOS doing business as UFB Direct. They are absolutely horrible. I have been trying to get my funds from them for a month! I have a significant amount of money with them. They are the old *************** doing business like the **************************** is being run, with poor customer service. DO NOT LET THESE PEOPLE DO BUSINESS WITH YOU!

I can not recommend this bank. I tried to move my funds out and they hung up on me twice, and threaten to freeze my account once because they claimed I answered a question wrong. They also would not help me figure out how to link my local bank to their website so I could transfer the funds out with no fees. They said they would mail me a check but the amount of money in my account was material and I did not feel comfortable with them putting a check in the mail. Axos Bank accepted payments on their app. Unbeknownst to me the app was not collecting the money. They then stole my car claiming no payment despite the proof offered. They are criminals.

Axos is a rip off. I have a car loan and got a late charge because they took 3 weeks to cash the check . I called customer service and there phones crackle and don't work . So we hung up called on another phone same thing . The customer service guy said they are having phone problems for awhile. **************** said they would call us back because we want the late charge reversed. Never got a call back . Despite the negative reviews, I attempted to open a business account with them as they do not charge a monthly fee. The registration of my company took place 9 years ago, with me listed as a member under my own name. However, upon contacting me, they inquired about green card or **** due to my non-English name. I wonder which type of **** would allow someone to legally work and reside in the US for 9 years since work ****s only permit a maximum of 6 years. Avoid this bank. As a small business they overcomplicate everything, customer service is abysmal and they hold your funds hostage.Leaving as soon as I can access my money.

DON'T USE THIS BANK. The risks are far outweighed by any so-called benefit. They hold your money -- whether it be a check or a transfer-for so long no matter how long you have the account. They will hold it for 10 days and tell you they have to hold it for 5 days. I guess they can't count so I do not trust that as a bank.
