They do give you interest on your checking account, but they also hold all ACH deposits for seven business days, which is excessive in the modern world. They say this hold time is only for the first thirty days after you open your account, but I've had an account here for over two years, and they still hold all *********** for 7 business days. My advice to anyone is to stay away from this bank. They are incompetent and cannot be trusted with your money.I am the treasurer of a nonprofit professional society. We opened two business accounts with Axos about a year ago. The worst bank I have ever banked with. I had lost a bank card and the system automatically put it on hold to send a new one but 3 weeks late I learned the system messed up and didnt send. I talked to a representative and they help with everything but apparently the customer service couldnt reach me through email to confirm my address which I did on the phone with a representative I called after the system f*** up. Stay away from this bank. I've been a customer for four years and their service has deteriorated. I plan on leaving them. My reasons:1. Understandably, they have limited the amount of withdrawable cash. They used to allow larger withdrawals when calling beforehand for authorization. However, now they take days to authorize much smaller amounts. If you're looking to withdraw more than $3,000, forget about it.2. It takes hours to get through to speak to a live representative. If you enjoy being frustrated and angry, and not being able to access YOUR money, this is the bank for you. Rude customer service people and totally unreasonable policies that will prevent you from accessing your own money.

A fraud of a company that should be looked into. Opened a business savings account with huge regret. STAY CLEAR of this bank. **************** is atrocious, theres an online platform from ****, unusable broken links and no online interface. Ive been trying to get my money out and they put you through hoop after hoop. Its borderline fraud. Ill be reporting this bank to as many consumer service companies as I can. DO NOT UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCES open an account here.

Do not open an account with **********************. They won't reset my password to my original email even though I have verified my account. They wont let me close my account because they say I have to login to close it but I cant login so I can't close it. I have talked to their customer service several times and they wont let you talk to a supervisor by phone. They say everything has to be submitted online but then they don't ever respond to your email.

I have had a savings account with AXOS doing business as UFB Direct. They are absolutely horrible. I have been trying to get my funds from them for a month! I have a significant amount of money with them. They are the old *************** doing business like the **************************** is being run, with poor customer service. DO NOT LET THESE PEOPLE DO BUSINESS WITH YOU!

I can not recommend this bank. I tried to move my funds out and they hung up on me twice, and threaten to freeze my account once because they claimed I answered a question wrong. They also would not help me figure out how to link my local bank to their website so I could transfer the funds out with no fees. They said they would mail me a check but the amount of money in my account was material and I did not feel comfortable with them putting a check in the mail.
