I have been in contact with this bank several times now over the past week. My mom is their customer of several years but recently shes been placed into a nursing home. Prior to Axos my mom banked with Nationwide where she was also an employee for 32 years. My mom and I setup her online account and I was added as a beneficiary. The bank has now blocked her account and I cannot pay for her stay at the nursing home. Unethical and fraudulent. Avoid Axos. Failed to pay ach with no explanation, then closed our account without warning. Constant run around at call center, misrepresentation and poor customer service. *********************** was horrible relationships manager and thin skinned ************************* wouldn't know customer service if it bit her. ******************* is ringleader of operations circus, impotent and blind to ripple effect Axos caused. Steer clear!

A very stupid bank system for international wire transfers.Stupid people ask bunches of stupid questions, like what's your passport number, what is the street close to an address you lived years ago.Each wire needs to print the form, sign it, scan it, and send it to them through their bank secure message. If you are lucky, someone will call you back to ask you bunches of stupid questions which takes you around 30 minutes on the phone.Very stupid.

Worst bank in the world, the ************* named ********* is very stupid, she ask me to initiate transfer out from my discover bank, which is illogical. I hope her supervisor listen to our conversation over the phone.Transfer out should be from axos, because the money is at axos, HOW can a clerk like ********* can be hired?...she is idiot, she will make Axos bankrupt. BEWARE! THIS BANK SELLS SENSITIVE INFORMATION to SCAMMERS!!! I understand that when applying for loans, my information may be sent out to other legitimate lenders. Literally the moment after applying for a loan to this bank, I received fraudulent texts, emails, phone calls. I was even sent a letter from a completely different bank that somehow had ALL of my important information in it, literally sitting in my mailbox for anyone to take. Most handbags bank youll ever come across. They dont give a **** about you or your money. I needed a new card sent out and it took over a month to arrive! No other way to access my funds other than transferring them which took two business days every time. Their customer service is trash and the company as whole is so far behind. I left them before my debit card even arrived. GOOD RIDDANCE!

Not impressed. Decided to give Axos a try due to being an online bank and the promise of good, personalized customer service, as opposed to the big banks. After reporting what I believed to be fraudulent activity on my account to my client rep, I heard nothing back. I had to contact him again a week later - and even then he did not handle the situation but instead turfed me off to a different department, which was unable to resolve the problem. I think ********** is one of the worst banking apps there is. My first problem with them is the every time I try to log into the app it says I have the wrong password so literally every time I wanna access the app I have to reset my password. My next in my main issue as I called customer service to ask about mobile deposits. Worst bank I have ever tried. My account was restricted for a month for a new signature they required. After the signature was signed, it was a Drivers License, then another form, always something new to complete making it extremely hard to access your money. I spoke with 3 different customer associates about removing the restrictions and they kept giving me the run around and stating I have to send an email to a certain email address, but wait!
