I took out a house loan from axosbank. In October 2015, because of axosbank and their brokers, they chose my repayment account by mistake, resulting in a 20-day delay in the repayment of the month. In November 2021, I found that my credit score had dropped, and the credit company negotiated with axosbank to no avail. Axos bank suffers from bad customer service where they dont care about your issues and even during daytime hours the customer service is outsourced to *****. Fed up of pathetic customer service, (I had been a customer since their Bank of the Internet days), I ended up closing my account. So that should be the end of their pathetic relationship, right? AVOID AXOS BANK!!! I was interested in Axos bank because of their high-interest savings account. I truly have no idea how Axos bank was able to get on those 'Top Banks' list because my experience with them, despite only being a few weeks at this time, has been absolutely abhorrent. Debit card never arrived, account won't connect to external accounts or even PayPal, couldn't use it to pay my ******* ****, and external accounts that I DID manage to connect disappeared with no explanation or even notice given. Axos bank made my life a complete nightmare overnight. I opened a Rewards Checking account and Savings account because the benefits seemed promising. After submitting my application, I received notice that my account was under review and that I would receive an email when my account was opened. The following day, I got an email that my account was cleared and open, and that I could now fund the account. Refused payment when I used my debit card several times. I had funds. They claimed they deny some small businesses. One was a multi state grocery chain.Just had 2 payments bounce. It was supposed to go to savings, then overdraft.I was told that because I used my debit card number, using that or their **** pay system, overdraft protection doesn't apply.I asked for documentation. I received a **** form that has all my information on it like a normal tax paper. And I have no clue what account it is and I don't ever remember opening it. I called to ask about it and they won't give me any information unless I send in a pic of me and my driver lic. I will not do that at all! These people won't help you at all!! After reading others complaints this place should be shut down..

They have been the worst bank I have worked with ever! This has been a nightmare that my husband and I have been going through for the last two years. How does this bank stay in business? Their loan department servicing does not exist. They just answer the phone and "apologize for the inconvenience". Our loan servicing was sold to them so we are there by default. I can't wait to get rid of them by refinancing. Don't do business with them if you're not looking to lose your sanity!
