Current mortgage customer. Axos placed an escrow on a mortgage account I have with them due "expired insurance." This was interesting because the insurance policy was not due to expire until months later. I call and it seems someone made a mistake and may have missed the notice letter from the insurance company regarding a renewal of policy. Fine. Weeks later, a customer rep ******************* calls regarding the shortfall in payments on my mortgage. I call and ask what is going on. He has no clue. I explain the back story ... read more

They open up my business account there when sba sent them my funds they put a hold on my account and ask for all types of documents and I sent them in after the 48 hour they told me they close my business account without Explanation some of the customer service is rude to hang ** in your face this bank is not who you wanna be quit by false advertising

Poor customer service. Refusal to send me my payoff on auto loan so I can refinance with another company. Can't speak customer service they want u use computer feel they don't want talk to consumer they are greedy want rip consumer off by preventing them from getting info needed to go with another company.

It's like working with the Wizard of Oz and no one can help. If you truly take customer feedback seriously, then allow customer service reps the ability to provide dormant account information to verified customers.

Not great. They purchased Wise Banyan, which was a wonderful robo advisor, and they do not seem to be able to handle the technology side of the business. Raised fees. Cut service. Support staff is very polite and responsive, but does not appear to have authority to fix issues.When they merged Wise Banyan into the ordinary Axos Bank app, they began withdrawing funds from my savings account without my consent--not a small amount for me personally. Absolutely terrible customer service. Terrible App. It is nearly impossible to deposit checks with the mobile app. I have tried for 3 days to get a check deposited and even though I called them and they said it was taken care of, the money never arrived in my account. I got a new bank today and will close my account as soon as the new one is open. DON'T use them.

They attempted to steal my money.I opened an MMA and set up an automatic transfer through them from another outside bank. The transfer is scheduled for the 16 of every month. Fast forward a few months, I decide to move to another bank with a better apy, and request my account be closed on Nov 3. Nov 16 comes and they still initiated the transfer to a CLOSED account, 13 days after I requested be account be closed. 14 days later I call them, and they are very minimally apologetic, and tell me they cannot return the money via e... read more

I have files a FTC fraud report about receiving sign business documents of a small business bank account I no longer have. One four two zero six one two nine three is the report number. I was told to ignore the emails and spam the emails with my email service provider as it is an error by one representative. I was told by another representative the problem was rectified.
