Where do I even begin with this bank? Twice in the last two years they have decided to shut off my debit card without any notification or warning, leaving me to find out on my own when my card gets declined. Both times have been on weekends and when you call on a weekend, you don't get any help whatsoever. Fast forward to the following Monday and I'm told that it's been shut off because of a "threat" that they can't actually specify and they tell me that a new card has been "expedited" and should arrive in 3-5 days (I'm not ... read more

Horrible experience applying for a loan with AXOS a few weeks ago. We had already been turned down by another bank for a loan (not due to credit, collateral, qualifying personal criteria) but due to a unique circumstance in which the subject property title is held in a Trust. We were told by AXOS representatives they were able to lend to the Trust (we asked the question ahead of time), then they proceeded to run us through all the steps right up until the very end and rejected our application for the same exact reason (they ... read more
