Relevant only to online business checking: don't bother. I've used the service for a year, and shortly after setting it up, regretted going through the steps to set up and fund the account. Axos bank is horrible, they took 3 advance car payment and told me it was a glich and told im they would send my money back in a month. Its online send my money back. Theirs no manager or their in a meeting for three days.no call back at all.

AXOS Bank is a horrible, antiquated bank. To do a wire you have to print out a form; fill it in by hand; scan it and upload it. Then you have to wait for someone to call before it will be sent. Sometimes that call can be hours. Even their reps I spoke to agreed it is not business friendly. I then did a transfer to another external business account at Chase. Instead of doing it electronically they sent me a check that took 8 days. They were recommended by Nerd Wallet but I think they are in cahoots with each other. They know ... read more

Not user friendly at all. They force you to reset your password every 90 days. If you fail to access your account for awhile you will need to send a notarized letter to unrestricted your account. Horrible! Stay away and don't listen to the shill articles saying that this is a good instution.

I took out a house loan from axosbank. In October 2015, because of axosbank and their brokers, they chose my repayment account by mistake, resulting in a 20-day delay in the repayment of the month. In November 2021, I found that my credit score had dropped, and the credit company negotiated with axosbank to no avail. Axos bank suffers from bad customer service where they dont care about your issues and even during daytime hours the customer service is outsourced to *****. Fed up of pathetic customer service, (I had been a customer since their Bank of the Internet days), I ended up closing my account. So that should be the end of their pathetic relationship, right? AVOID AXOS BANK!!! I was interested in Axos bank because of their high-interest savings account. I truly have no idea how Axos bank was able to get on those 'Top Banks' list because my experience with them, despite only being a few weeks at this time, has been absolutely abhorrent. Debit card never arrived, account won't connect to external accounts or even PayPal, couldn't use it to pay my ******* ****, and external accounts that I DID manage to connect disappeared with no explanation or even notice given.
