Most handbags bank youll ever come across. They dont give a **** about you or your money. I needed a new card sent out and it took over a month to arrive! No other way to access my funds other than transferring them which took two business days every time. Their customer service is trash and the company as whole is so far behind. I left them before my debit card even arrived. GOOD RIDDANCE!

Not impressed. Decided to give Axos a try due to being an online bank and the promise of good, personalized customer service, as opposed to the big banks. After reporting what I believed to be fraudulent activity on my account to my client rep, I heard nothing back. I had to contact him again a week later - and even then he did not handle the situation but instead turfed me off to a different department, which was unable to resolve the problem. I think ********** is one of the worst banking apps there is. My first problem with them is the every time I try to log into the app it says I have the wrong password so literally every time I wanna access the app I have to reset my password. My next in my main issue as I called customer service to ask about mobile deposits. Customer representative told me that partial funds would be available immediately and the rest would be available in two business days so I went ahead and deposited my mobile check. Worst bank I have ever tried. My account was restricted for a month for a new signature they required. After the signature was signed, it was a Drivers License, then another form, always something new to complete making it extremely hard to access your money. I spoke with 3 different customer associates about removing the restrictions and they kept giving me the run around and stating I have to send an email to a certain email address, but wait! Their business banking interface looks like it's from the 90s. Kicks me out multiple times, not compatible with zelle. Lots of transactions require you downloading a form, filling it out, and then uploading it to a messaging portal. Their staff seems US based and friendly enough but I can't remember seeing worse technology.

Axos bank is a fraud! I've been waiting on my car title for 60+ days after paying off my loan! They keep telling me they have opened a case with the title department and it'll be 15 days until I receive my title. A month later, still no title and they've opened a new case and it'll be here in 30 days. When I ask to speak to the title department, they say "they do not have a direct line or a way to contact them". They have no idea what they are doing!

Avoid. Banking portal does not function correctly and does not show transactions. The modular panel-based functionality tracks transactions on one screen and completely misses them on other screens. I tried reaching customer service and instead of speaking with someone, I was directed to a voicemail inbox. One would expect that a bank would have adequate coverage to take calls and address customer service inquiries.

Axos Bank has provided me the the worst customer service i have ever seen. I am in the middle of handling an estate of a deceased loved one. This process has been ongoing for six months now. It is impossible to reach anyone in their "special assets" branch. When i do reach someone they have no power to resolve the multiple issues and send me to someone else. There is absolutely no internal communication within this company. Hands down the worst customer service and I would advise anyone to NEVER do business with this company... read more

Like everything else online, it's all fine until you have a problem. Last month I placed a hold on my account because I was afraid my computer had been hacked. That went fine, they could do it right away. I was told all I had to do was call again to remove it. Now the danger has passed and I need the hold removed so that I can access my funds.
