The service department at Autonation Westlake is amazing!! I had a nail in my tire and they fixed it super fast so I could make an appointment that I had to go to. They even washed it for me! I would never get my Ford Escape serviced anywhere else.
My experience was very good. The facility is excellent and the staff very customer service oriented. The only problem I had was sitting in the customer lounge listening to msnbc on the TV. Had to walk outside to survive.
Jason was very attentive to my car issues, and everything was repaired timely. When I returned for routine work, he was just as attentive and helpful.

I have had 10 Ford vehicles, all bought at the same location ,from the same sales person.In 2010 he retired. I did purchase a 2010 truck from there. In 2013, I returned to purchase another F150 and was not at all happy with the sales personal. I tired other dealerships--NOT good either. After 2 years went by I visited Autonation Westlake and was very happy to meet a sales person that I could work with. I purchased the 2015 F150 and have been very happy with every aspect of the dealership. i hope to continue working with them... read more
