I took my car in for an oil change, set me up for a ride home and picked me up. The price was what was quoted, treated like family. Jason is my service guy, he takes the time to explain and listen to my needs, always leave satisfied. I'm a Ford guy and this is my dealership, I buy here and I get my service here. From the General Mgr. on down I get treated special, buying since 1985
I have to say, I didn't have an appointment for my oil change. They told me I was going to have to wait about 2 hrs because they were totally booked. So I hunkered in for the wait but in less than an hour they had me out of there. The lady at the desk was very helpful. I have always had good experiences there. I bought my car there in the first place and they've always provided excellent customer service
Today I was at the Westlake location Autoford dealership and I brought my 2013 Ford Focus into the collision and repair center. The previous evening my check engine light came on and it showed a message stating something was wrong with my transmission. I called this morning at 9am and pleaded to have my car seen as I had a business trip out of state over the weekend. They were nice enough to squeeze me in with an appointment at 9:45am. My service experience involved routine check up with a need to have a light bulb replaced. That all went well though I could wait....and Brenda was kind, efficient, and timely. She was able to check "recalls" that were pertinent. No complaints.
