Let me preface this by saying that I had a not so stellar experience here. BUT! The GM Dean and Mike reached out to me immediately and made everything sooo much better! They went above and beyond to fix not only the current issue that I was having with my blinker, but remedied an even bigger problem, my lift gate that hasn't worked for almost 3 years. The people at AutoNation are excellent - everyone from the Mechanics to the Front Desk Service people to the Accounting department. I am very pleased at the service that I receive and am thankful how helpful the entire place is to their customers. I highly recommend them.
John Lance Ford has got to be by far the absolute worst service department around. We have a 2-011 Edge. It now has 122,000 miles on it and a bad front transfer case. We had this in at service department at least three different times in the past five years for transmission problems but to our amazement the mechanic was NEVER able to duplicate the problem.
