I do not reccomend anyone go to autonation ford Westlake. the sales department is awful. they had me apply for finance on a vehicle that I wanted to purchase and then sold it out from under me. I was told they had to fix the abs before they would sell it and then decided they wouldn't fix it and never called to let me know. this is the worst experience i've ever had and I've been to a lot of dealerships around the area. very poor business practices. I will never do business with them.
RecommendedI've had great experiences with the sales department and the service department. I live in Amherst and I drive 20 miles to this Autonation. The service department is great! The pricing is competitive and reasonable. They explain everything in the easiest way possible. They don't pressure you into servicing parts of your vehicle that don't need servicing. Thank you Autonation Westlake, keep up the great work!
