Always excellent efficient service at John Lance. This last visit was no exception. My service representative, Rachael, is knowledgeable, professional, and personable.

RecommendedHans Peter Wimmer is the best. Ever. Always considerate, and very geared towards the customer, he has helped me twice with my lease. I will keep going back to him. And Morgan, who helped me sign all the paperwork, is very friendly and funny Between the two of them, they lowered the stress and anxiety I was feeling, especially because everyone stayed until 11:00 at night to get me set up! 😊🤗🤩😄

I took my 2015 Fusion in for it's 20K check up. I met with Rachel who checked me in promptly and the car was done in the time quoted. I met Sara who advised me my car was done and it was washed and looked great. I waited for the car and the waiting room was recently updated and very comfortable. My experience was great! This is the 5th car purchased here going back to the John Lance days. I highly recommend them and the service dept. I truly have peace of mind!
