I wish they had an option to give 0 stars. This dealership was the only dealership within 250 miles that had the car I wanted. I live in MI so my dealership in MI tried to get the car. Westlake would not trade them for it. They said if I wanted the car I had to come buy it from them. So I did. BIG MISTAKE. They wouldn't even meet my half way to give me the car, they made me drive the full 3 hours to get it. Then they failed to mention that buying a car in a different state is a HUGE pain. I have changed my oil on all of my cars for the last 50 years as I had a very bad experience with my first brand new car and the dealer overfilled what the car needed. Well, I finally broke down and took our new Escape in for it's first oil change. AutoNation took it in promptly, changed the oil and filter, checked out all the key maintenance concerns and returned it to me 45 minutes later...and washed! Thank you for ruining my girlfriend daughter’s first car purchase... Did your dealership actually think her mother would fall for the “BAIT AND SWITCH” on the loan terms that was agreed upon last night???? YOU THOUGHT WRONG!!!! We will find her a car but it will NEVER BE AT ANY OF YOUR DEALERSHIP
