service tech tells me I have an electrical problem with my locking system..when in truth it was just that I wasnt working it properly..he was rude and uninformed..the Service manager solved my problem and was very personable.. bob alexander

Excellent service from Dennis Pritt and salesman Anthony Conrad. They done everything they could to get us in the right car for the right price. The 12th car/truck bought through Autonation but the first from Westlake lacation. There will be more. Paul in Finance was excellent also. Thanks again
The sales person Anthony Conrad was great but after going through the finance department and them putting both my wife’s and my name on the title I was not able to transfer my plates from my old car. After calling them four or five times and I have still not received a phone call back yet telling me what my options are. Still waiting.
