Just received an “offer” for extended warranty. After the incompetent, down right horrible service we received from Auto Nation Ford, I’d rather walk to work in blizzards than buy any other car or service from this dealership. They took every penny possible from us even after KNOWN TSB’s and Ford Customer Service Programs were brought to their attention. Had to drive to Cuyahoga Falls for a reputable, honest dealer to finally fix our issues!! Don’t EVER set foot in Auto Nation.
Service is fast, finished in time as expected, identify possible trouble spots, car has been very good which helps.

I’d use zero stars but its not an option. Sorry this will be long, folks. Grab a cup of coffee and maybe a pastry. I bought my truck new in June of 2013. Spent over $40,000 for it. Bought the premium care extended warranty and the oil change package. Took it In for its first oil change and brought it home To oil on my driveway. I just picked up my 2014 Focus after taking it in 3x for the same transmission issue (severe hesitation, lurching, hard time changing gears, hard time accelerating). The first two times I was basically told by the dealership it’s how the transmission is. Now the third time, I needed a new clutch. My car just turned 40k miles. I’ve been disappointed with my last 3 Fords and will be getting rid of the Focus soon and likely switching off the Ford brand.
I have bought several cars here going back to the John Lance days. They have a great team of people working across sales, finance, service and parts. They also do things like the “Pit Stop” which is a nice perk when buying a car from them. If you are looking for a fair deal and great service, I highly recommend Autonation Ford Westlake.
