I was dealing with a sales associate, he gave me prices and and I told him I would think about it. I called him a few days later on his cell phone, left a voicemail and no return call. Called today and talked to a new associate told them what I was looking for. they told me they would call me back. No call back. I'm wanting to buy a new truck, but after this experience wouldn't buy from them.
Recently purchased a Ford Focus and dealt with Derrick, who I hope to never to deal with again. Also had finance person Chuck who was fantastic. I plan on coming back and hopefully deal with a different sales rep.
Nice dealership, clean , organized , friendly staff, nice salesman especially Robert Rodriguez who helped make my sales experience happen, I love my Ford Explorer
HAVE GONE TO THIS DEALERSHIP FOR YEARS. NEVER HAD A PROBLEM THEY COULDN'T FIX. GOOD CARS, GOOD DEALS, GOOD PEOPLE.
They do not care about the customers. Have a 2008 Chevy Malibu , has not been six months needs a lot of work..The service department just does care, the manager needs to be fired.They need to sell better cars. I can not afford to pay a car payment, full coverage car insurance, plus car repairs. They made me get insurance be they know the car had problems. Purchased a loaded Edge SEL. Excellent service from Kevin and Richard. So far, great SUV.
So 2 months ago brought our daughter a 2014 Kia Optima, thought it would be better to go here. 100 plus point inspection, no hassle, upfront pricing.....right? Wrong! Car making noise, make appointment because I think it’s the tires.....come to find out it is, 2 are “in the red” and the other 2 are about to be. With less than 1800 mi driven since we brought it (and mind you about 1000 is to and from college) they say the warranty doesn’t cover tires and basically even with the 100 + point inspection they are allowed to sell ... read more
