Bought my Ford focus back in October and today I ended up popping my tire on the way to work. I was so happy I bought all the warranties that Chuck and Hans talked to me about because EVERYTHING was covered! All my experiences with this locations have been nothing but happy ones. From my experience of purchasing my truck at AutoNation Westlake to several visits to have my oil changed and multi-point inspections done, to the warranty service I'm having done now, everyone has been courteous efficient and professional. Took a little longer than expected, but friendly and waiting area is nice.
I had a pretty good experience this time around. The staff was very friendly and attentive, got me in quickly and I only had to wait an hour which is what they told me it would be.
I'm torn, some of the nicest people in the front of service, it was just a bit disturbing when my 8 yr old found an open exacto knife in the back seat, held it out to me and said, "Daddy, this isn't ours."
