Went in there Oct 2016. Had the best experience working with Beverly. Didn't try to push anything on me I did not want and explained everything I'm detail. Will definitely go back when time for another vehicle.

I needed the latches replaced on my Explorer. Called them set up an appointment and they got it done in the time they said they would. Definitely will return in the future.
AutoNation Westlake sold me an unsafe vehicle, and when I attempt to contact the general manage via phone, social media, live chat on the website, etc. I am ignored. Neither Ford, nor AutoNation is willing to take responsibility for faulty vehicles.
This was the best experience related to leasing or purchasing a vehicle. The process was smooth, the salesman (Hans) really listened to what I wanted and needed. The finance person (Myriah) made everything smooth and relaxing for me. So happy to be back in a Ford and LOVE the Edge!!!
