I was in an accident and the collision center at Autonation Westlake was recommended to me by my insurance. There were a couple of issues but they were great with communication, calling and even emailing me to resolve them. I really appreciated the staff (especially Paul & Lisa) going the extra mile and always making sure I was a satisfied customer! They made a unfortunate situation a little easier.
I brought my F1 50 in for rear slider window slider not operating properly they installed a new window but the new one defrost did not work there's three panels that lineup order a second one and everything was good. Quick service able to pick up and drop off and organized!
Love that the service department is open late in the evenings and I am taken care of promptly. Thanks Jason!

Disappointed they didn't bother to wash my car after service... Washing bay was down day before but up and running day I had my car worked on:( my car was covered in bird crap at the end of row 3!
I purchased two vehicles from them, I took one in for repairs under warranty. Still cost me almost $1,100 and now it's leaking oil 10 months later. It's out of warranty and they basically told me too bad. I would not return there for service and I will definitely not purchase another vehicle. The general manager didn't even have the decency to call me back.
