I bought a "certified used" 2012 Ford Escape last summer. Thought I was upgrading from my 2009. How I wish I had THAT car back again. I took it on a trip -- ruined the trip because it overheated in South Carolina. Westlake Autonation authorized, per my rights, a rental car. They will not reimburse over $500.00! Still fighting about it. I WILL ABSOLUTELY NEVER BUY A FORD AGAIN. I will NEVER say anything positive about Westlake Autonation. Plus, the service men are rude. Virginia - Cleveland, OH
As soon as they get your sale customer service didn't really matter to begin with.
I will never buy a car from them or any ford dealership after seeing all the issues and run around a that they have givin people in my family....if you want a good reliable vehicle go anywhere else!
I have never had such horrible service. When I bought my car they were very helpful. Since then, I have had nothing but a headache. Having a business is about CUSTOMER SERVICE, which they are extremely lacking. I had the manager tell me I can" take my car elsewhere if I'm not statisfied." How is that customer service, how about you fix my car correctly. I have had it in over 8 times and of those times, multiple were for the same problem that was never completely fixed.
