Happy with my car but not the process of financing. Wish they would have told me it would be 3 hours. I would have gone and come back. My grandkids were coming over to the house but I missed them because it was taking so long. I would have even come back the next day!
First time calling Auto Nation in Westlake Very warm and friendly can't remember her name I think it was Teri appointment set for the next day and I decided to drop off my SUV early they said no problem. When I walked in I was amazed 1) the cleanliness 2) being greeted with smiles and when I picked up my vehicle the next day.... perfect
My experience at AutoNation Westlake was awesome. My salesman Brian Hill was amazing he made sure I knew everything that was going on through out the process. I would recommend him and them to everyone.
Prices are not what they tell you they are going to be and you wait forever. I will never back!
Ron and Keith were wonderful to work with in the purchase of my new Explorer. They answered my questions. They were polite and professional.
Had some issues but they did work with me some to try and make it right.
