Recommended. Had to bring my car to the service center for a minor issue. Wasn’t looking forward to it, however, the customer service (I met with Aaron) was very good and made it an actual pleasant experience. Customer service goes a long way with me so I will definitely consider going back there.

While passing through Cleveland on vacation, the transmission failed on my Ford Escape. The transmission was replaced and was issued a warranty. Less than 4 months later, the transmission again failed and was towed to my original dealer, who stated that the seal was improperly installed, causing the trans fluid to leak out, damaging the transmission. When contacted by the other dealer, AutoNation told them it was not their problem and did not provide a reason to them, no call me with an explanation why.

RecommendedService was completed on time and a free loner was offered, when a part may not be in stock. Staff has always been polite and their desire to please customers. The shuttle services are an additional convenience.
