They were very easy to work with. We were coming from out of the area and they gave us directions on how to get there. They made us feel at home and took good care of us in good time. They had exactly what we were looking for and before long we were out the door and on out way home with a new car.
They do not care about their customers. They only want to get your money and do not care that they do a shotty job (e.g., couldn't properly tighten bolts on a strut) or that they unconvince their customers (had to go back twice because of poor personnel management). My last experience with them several years ago was the best service I'd ever experienced. This was a polar opposite experience. The management and culture of the team has declined significantly since they became Autonation.
