Friendly staff good customer service
I purchased a new 2019 F 150 last month from AutoNation Westlake the sales experience was great ( no pressure ). My sales guy Bob R was very friendly and knows how to find the customer the right vehicle with the right options. Thank you Bob and Harry P ( Finance Manager ).
Autonation Westlake is either a joke or needs a flush of management. I was in the market to purchase a Shelby GT350 and offered 6k under sticker which is pretty fair. Brian Hill was the initial point of contact and after some back and forth, he spoke to his manager Dean and it seems like the manager has brain damage because he claimed I would be wholesaling the car. I'm not sure about that type of logic, and I sort of feel bad for him.

I usually hate going to car dealerships. I always dread the process and having to feel like they’re pushing me to buy something. I was beyond surprised with my experience at Westlake AutoNation! Richard was very easy to work with and he cared that I found a car that I loved. Everyone was very nice and I will definitely go there again for any vehicle needs! I highly recommend going to see them for yours too!!
Great experience and a top notch job. Was a little concerned about brining my truck to an actual dealer. However, the price was less than what I expected. Thanks to Brian Beane and his team for great communication and a great job done!
