I had to get my entire engine replaced. Terry greeted me with a smile and a great attitude. His timeline was spot on and he kept me up to date. He also had a beautiful loaner ready & waiting for me (Escape 2020...the next car I will be leasing).
Anthony and Dan were the abosolute best!!! Anthony was honest with me and compassionate about my current leasing situation. Dan made sure to get me the best deal and i am so grateful for all your help!! you guys were the best and I will only buy my cars from here!!!
Terry took care of everything quickly. I was very comfortable in the waiting lounge. With the virus concerns they took great precautions like wearing masks and disinfecting my car. My husband and I have been coming here for years.

Nice clean facility. Large selection to choose from. I originally had my price, make, model and trim level preplanned after months of research. I explained what and why I was looking for my specific model. After not finding any in their local inventory, I was shown a similar trim but it had all but one option I was looking for at near my price limit. I didn’t feel pressured to buy or look at specific models.
I was extremely satisfied with Jason as a service rep. As a lady whose has owned my Ford Edge for 10 years he treated me with respect and thorough explanations of the issues that caused Me to bring it in for service and additional important issues that were discovered upon inspection. The next time I bring my car in for service I would be very happy to have him as my service rep.
Everyone was knowledgable and very helpful into getting me the best car to lease. I am getting so many compliments on my Ford Explorer. I really love driving this car. I got more than I thought I could affordl originally.
